    Managing a diverse and ageing property portfolio within an ever tighter budget is becoming even more of a challenge for local government. This report focussed on exploring ways in which other organisations are currently grappling with increased annual renewal funding gaps, and to investigate if there are different emerging facility management strategies to overcome the risk of diminishing returns.
