This research topic was selected as Local Governments, particularly in Victoria, are entering an era of financial constraints coupled with high community expectations. Therefore, it is increasingly important to identify continuous improvement opportunities to enhance the efficiency of infrastructure maintenance. This is particularly relevant with ageing infrastructure and limited funding available for continued asset investment for renewal.
