2025 MEFV Overseas Study Tour Award

The 2025 MEFV Overseas Study Tour Award has been made available to Sumarga Subedi, Strategic Asset Planner, Yarra Ranges Council and Simon Harris, Coordinator Asset Management, Bass Coast Shire Council. The members are to attend the American Public Works Association PWX Congress in Chicago, Ill from 17th to 20th August 2025 and spend another two weeks researching their topics of study at various municipalities in USA and Canada. Sumarga is researching Aging Infrastructure and Climate Change Considerations for Asset Management. Simon’s topic of study is Climate Resilient Infrastructure Engineering and Planning. On completion of the study tour, the members are to produce reports on their research which will be posted to this website.
